How many people can fit in a meeting pod?
MEAVO offers meeting pods in two main configurations: the Camden Two & Haven Two designed for up to 2 people, ideal for 1:1 meetings and interviews, and the Camden Four & Haven Four which comfortably seats up to 4 people, perfect for team collaborations and brainstorming.
What warranty does the Haven Meeting Pod come with?
A 5-year standard warranty — included with every Haven Line booth, at no extra cost
Which finishes are available?
Seven exterior finishes — White, Black, Antique Rose, Sand Yellow, Stone Green, Indigo Blue and Natural Oak Veneer — and seven interior felt colours, with a natural oak shelf as standard.
Can I relocate the Haven Two Meeting Pod? Are wheels included?
Yes — integrated wheels and levelling feet are included as standard. Raise the levelling guides, roll the booth to its new position and lower them again; no disassembly, no reinstallation costs.
Are meeting pods cheaper than building a conference room?
Yes, purchasing a meeting pod is more cost-effective and faster than traditional construction. Building a permanent room involves multiple stakeholders, while a pod is a single, predictable purchase that can be installed in just a few hours. Additionally, pods are modular and can be moved, protecting your investment if you relocate.
What technology can be integrated into the meeting pods?
MEAVO’s Meeting Pods come fully equipped with a charging station including power sockets and USB-A/C ports. Integrated features include motion-activated LED lighting and a silent ventilation system. You can also upgrade your pod with a built-in monitor for screen sharing and presentations.
Are meeting pods fire-rated and compliant with safety standards?
Yes, all MEAVO pods are TÜV-SÜD certified and have been independently fire safety tested to the highest standards. They have successfully passed the DIN EN 1021-1:2014 (smouldering cigarette) and DIN EN 1021-2:2014 (gas flame equivalent) tests, ensuring they are safe for use in commercial office environments.
