MEAVO at Orgatec 2026

MEAVO brings both ranges to Cologne this October: the Haven Line with its premium finishes, and the Classic Line with an upgraded design and new lighting.

Two lines on one stand

Haven Line. The Haven One Phone Booth, the Haven Focus Pod and the Haven Meeting Pod are MEAVO’s premium range. On the stand you can experience the premium finishes up close and try the upgraded lighting and ventilation, designed so a booth stays bright, fresh and comfortable through a full day of calls, focused work or meetings.

Classic Line. The Soho Phone Booth, the Workstation Focus Pod and the Camden Meeting Pod are the booths MEAVO is known for, now with an upgraded design and new lighting. The design details and the light inside have been improved so the booths look and feel better to work in.

This year’s Orgatec theme is “From Rooms to Relationships: Designing Spaces in an Ever-Changing World”. It is a good fit for what we do. Acoustic booths exist so that open, shared offices can work for the people in them, giving everyone somewhere to focus, take a call or meet without leaving the floor.

Test it yourself on the stand

Acoustic booths are easy to compare on a spec sheet and hard to judge until you have closed the door on one. Every booth on the stand, from both lines, will be set up and switched on. Step inside, take a call, run a quick video meeting and hear how much of the hall stays outside. Our product and sales teams will be there across all four days to talk through configurations, lead times, pricing and delivery for projects anywhere in the UK and Europe.
